Yoga is a light, which once lit, will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter the flame.
BKS IYENGAR

I began practising yoga several years ago looking to find a fulfilling way to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life. Wanting to deepen my knowledge and understanding of yoga I decided to embark on an adventure of learning and discovery across Nepal and India.

After trekking the Himalayas and breathing in fresh mountain air I undertook my Yoga teacher training certificate in 2014 under the guidance of Indian Yogis. I have had the opportunity to train with many great teachers from both the Eastern and Western hemispheres.

I believes wholeheartedly in the benefits of Yoga to both body and mind, classes are open to all levels regardless of shape, size or age. Hatha Flow Yoga classes are playful, energising and affirmative. We connect movement to breath whilst building strength and flexibility. Our Yoga practice not only helps to keep the physical body supple and flexible but it also encourages the mind to be a bit more flexible.

My teaching is inspired by many things including the people that I meet and the places that I have been. I aim to create an environment that is both fun and challenging whilst providing a sanctuary in which to stop and breathe. Although a teacher, I will always be a student.
