Pregnancy is an ideal time to start Yoga. These specialist classes focus on balancing mind, body and breath. Pregnancy Yoga classes offer a complete mind-body approach to pregnancy by encouraging awareness of posture and breath with gentle stretching and relaxation exercises. 


Pregnancy Yoga classes at The Wellbeing studio provide an opportunity in which to nurture and nourish whilst maintaining health and fitness. The classes are suitable for any mum-to-be from 14 weeks until birth. This is an inclusive environment and a great way to meet other women and share experiences on the journey from pregnancy to motherhood.


Pregnancy Yoga classes currently run in person only on a rolling basis at Nimble studio in Clevedon every Wednesday evening 7.30-8.30pm. The class costs £10 to drop in or £35 for a block of 4 sessions (6 week expiry). Please book in via the book page and you will be emailed payment details.
